Telstar and KeyPlants have developed a pre-engineered modular aseptic facility for manufacturing of small-volume parenterals. This installation is designed to be adapted to pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical processes areas requiring to be operated in aseptic conditions for product protection and/or under contained conditions for operator protection. This installation has the ability to add lyophilization modules and a second line with minimal interruption of existing operations.

Telstar offers solutions tailored to product requirements, capacity, number of freeze-dryers and production conditions. Applications include robot systems for the loading/unloading of bulk product, either into trays or directly onto the shelves and automatic vial loading/unloading systems without trays or frames, in ‘fixed' row-by-row or ‘flexible’ shelf-by-shelf configurations.

The Telstar range of rigid wall Sterility Test Isolators is designed to protect the product from both the process and external factors that can compromise quality.
The unit combines sound ergonomics with a reliable aseptic environment and achieves a minimum of log 6 reduction in spore forming micro-organisms.
The range is suitable for performing both Direct Inoculation and Filter Membrane sterility tests and can be bio-decontaminated by Telstar's integrated iHP or other systems.
